I value eating alot, more than anything else as it is the basic of life. As much as its function is to give you energy, food is also my happypill. I'm such a picky person when it comes to food, it gets really ecstatic when i taste something really good.
I am not a dessert girl like how girls usually are, i prefer salty food like my aunt. I love Chinese, Korean and Japanese food. Basically i prefer Asian food to western as there are larger varieties of them available in Singapore. So let's get started, shall we? There will definitely be pictures. I'm an amateur so i may have pictures of half eaten food hahahahahhahah!
1. Manhattan Fish Market!!
Okay so the item i'm gonna recommend is the SALMON CHOWDER.

It's so amazingly good that everytime i go there i must have it. It's more worth it when you order the chowder and a drink as a set meal with a main.
In the chowder, there are real salmon pieces and when you sip the thick soup, you can really taste the essence of salmon. Do not be mistaken, it is not the fishy salmon taste or the oily omega-3 oil taste. It has a tomato-ish slightly sour taste that goes really well with the fresh salmon taste.
Manhattan Fish market really lives up to its name!!

Bakerzin has really good food and is really reasonably priced.
I go there really often and one thing i never fail to order is its nice creamy, aromatic, smooth and tasty Pumpkin Soup!!

It is a thick soup, with the pumpkin taste totally infused into it. Although there are no pumpkin bits, it tastes like pumpkin puree with some cream.
It is especially good when it is piping hot and bakerzin provides free homemade bread and the bread dipped into the irresistable Pumpkin Soup just makes it heaven~~~!!!
The environment is really quite nice. The outlet i went to was the one at Jurong Point. Its quite peaceful at this Bakerzin. However, the service there is a little slow as the staff is not too observant when you need them. But its not too bad.
